IMPROVED ON SNOW COVER EXTRACTION IN MOUNTAINOUS AREAS BASED ON MULTI-FACTOR NDSI DYNAMIC THRESHOLD

Abstract. Snow cover is one of the most active elements cryosphere and plays an important role in surface radiation budget water balance. Optical satellite remote sensing has become tool for snow identification monitoring.
